Like every doctor, dentist, gardener, sweet sweeper, panhandler, if you haven’t found out yet, they all use, want, and respond to WhatsApp, as does Jackie. What bothers me is as good as he is it’s no good if he can’t follow up and service. My next thing to do is to check out GDL but back to the service thing. He said he was trying to take care of it with his brother handling the store. That was 1 year ago it appears it was not enough.
