Ferret
It happened from Jocotepec to the east side of Chapala which is where I was when it hit. We need the rain but it was a big surprise for me.

Ferret
Well it was the drive home from hell for me. There were rivers running through Chapala plus glaring headlights reflecting off the water. White knuckle driving but at least it wasn't blowing snow in the dark.
Floradude
At my house it was a delightful light rain, preceded by thunder and lightning. It was just enough to give everything a watering.

Mainecoons
Lower Ajijic heavier but still moderate. Love it when we get rain in the dry season!

johanson
Trouble is, my solar panels are on strike and not generating enough electricity. Now if we could only get it to rain at night and have the sun out in the day. .
luvsdawgs
Thankfully the ground absorbed most of it and it wasn't all runoff. Hopefully the lake benefited also.
mexijims1
Like the rain, but HATE the cold. I realize my blood has thinned in the past 12 yrs here, but recent surgeries have made me even less able to take the cold ( 12 kilos less weight). There are a couple of current threads going regarding the recent rain and colder temperatures. Here is the one I started last Monday about this subject: Hope we get the rain (not so much the colder temps) By ibarra, Monday at 10:50 AM
