My TotalPlay has been out once in two years and that was because of a faulty modem that was replaced immediately. Best move I ever made was dumping both Telmex and iLox. Resolution: A technician visited on Saturday, 9/2 while I was at the dentist, but another one came yesterday, 9/4 and discovered that there was damage on the utility pole at the end of the block, so I was the only household affected.
