Angus, We too would like to know what the hours are for buying these tamales. They sound wonderful, thanks!

If it isn't specified in the contract, perhaps try contacting them. https://www.firstcash.com/

Has anyone tried this yet? Located between 7/11 and Garden Center Riberas. If yes, what do you think?

We buy extra sod pieces when needed at the Vivero behind SuperLake. I haven't seen any rollers, but, they may have them stored out of view.

I found this by using the search option on this site. It is from 2013 "When we built our house in Riberas we brought in nearly 100 loads of fill dirt. Our workers used something called a "bailarina" (English "dancer") to compact the dirt. This machine goes up and down, kind of like a jack hammer but it has a round disk to compact with. They can be rented where they rent andamios like the place in Riberas on the highway, lakeside. Of course, you won't use it yourself! Looked pretty intimidating to me."

We built and owned a home near the beach in San Carlos, Sonora for 9 years. We had a fideicomiso and paid an annual fee for it. We sold in 2007 and moved here so things may be a little different. FYI We could not purchase the land, let alone start to build without the fideicomiso .

I have purchased expandable cement, pre mixed from Fester ( store is next to entrance for Walmart by Domino's pizza). Around 700 pesos for the bag. I like using expandable as cement tends to shrink as it dries, this product doesn't. Jara used to sell a product that had cement in a bag along with a small amount of sand in the same bag. Last time I checked, they didn't have it anymore. Someone else may know if it is available elsewhere.

Arthritis and the climate around Chapala
ibarra replied to cedros's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
We lived in San Carlos, Sonora for around 9 years, sea level (mountains meet the desert which meets the ocean). We have lived here for 12 years. My husband has severe arthritis. He was better there in the winter than here. However, summer months are better here once the humidity stops. Each place has its trade offs. Arthritis is arthritis I fear wherever you live. -
Isn't everything lakeside available to those in El Chante? I didn't realize we were restricted from some restaurants or stores because of where we live.

Do not have a phone number. However, there are always larger vehicles in the line with the taxi cars. We have taken them when we come back into MX and have a lot of luggage. Usually the drivers will see that you have a lot of luggage and one of them that has a larger vehicle will approach you.

I purchased one like in your picture from the jewelry store across from Mi Mexico on 16 Septiembre and Colon.

Are emissions tests being done currently?
ibarra replied to bdlngton's topic in Ajijic/Chapala/Guadalajara
So, possibly, maybe, perhaps we will be able to start getting the testing done in August. More to come, I am sure... -
Thank you all. Problem solved!

We need a few pieces of tile cut to replace broken baseboard pieces (zocalo). Who does this lakeside and where are they located? Thank you!

The moderator shut this topic down last Friday 7:52AM (see thread "Tariffs"). I would imagine he will do it again.

If you use the search function, type in the word "handicap ". There are several threads pertaining to the permits and signs.
