ARIBOY
Can you share a few of the channels that still work for you. So I can check my unit. ( most are gone !) I lost BBC. MSNBC and Fox last week, and yesterday I lost CNN ( I have a Shaw 830 receiver)
RickS
I'm waiting for someone.... Canadian snowbird probably.... to start offering to buy up Shaw 800 series receivers on the cheap and hauling them back to Canada for resale on Kijiji. 😁

Irish Gal
As of this afternoon, I have no Shaw channels.
Oatsie
I phoned Mario at Michael Merryman's Ajijic Electronics about my disappearing channels. He made the following suggestion below. It does seem to work to restore most if not all of the missing channels. We have to do it several times a day and for each channel that we want to watch but it is a good work-around. Try it.... "Push in your Shaw remote the next sequence of buttons: Options – then1122, then select with right arrow X8L, then enter then exit. If you don’t get the channel, push channel up and then down. and for sure you will get the image other wise call to the office. 376 766 1117 Cheers Mario"

My source is Mario Jimenez from Ajijic Electronics when I asked him yesterday. His email reply: "This time nothing we can do. Shaw Rogers stop transmiring on this satellite, nobady can get signal in Mexico." '
