EDIT: I also read it on the Forbe's Report, but it gave the scary "Crime Report:" for each place 🙄

That just shows you how crazy the rents have gotten around here.

Not a Texican, but I get it. Shop at HEB in Leon every chance I get. A couple of years ago I e-mailed back & forth with HEB in Texas. The response was Guad is too far away from their hub, and they have no plans to start another one further south.
