If you can get a generic, it is worthwhile to look into their pricing. In general, we have found it useful to shop around for each med. Which places have the best prices without sacrificing quality? Not sure what you mean by "sacrificing quality" but I have read recently about a flood of fake meds being sold in Mexico as real meds. rafterbr Posted October 29, 2023 Report Share Posted October 29, 2023 I have found the pharmacies in Jocotepec to be cheaper than the ones in Ajijic or Chapala.
