No idea about custom made, but the bike shop hillside of the Carratara in Ajijic had a three wheel electric bike with a rear storage basket. It was much narrower than most. I assume that is to fit the bike lane and to be able to get it through doorways to bring inside. That was about two weeks ago, and it may have been sold by now. May be worth a look.

I've seen people post something that contradicted me and made me reconsider my position. I've never seen a complex topic be black and white. There is usually some grey. Just my $0.02, but rumor has it private shots will be allowed in Oct. I'd wait until then. Plus, more information will be available about mix and match shots by then. So far what I've read from the German studies, a combo is more effective.
