I think you are talking about TelMex speed. Telcel doesn’t operate by modems but towers.

We have been checked twice for the stamp since they did away with the paper FMM form.

Permanente has to be stamped out by INM leaving México and then stamped back in at immigration upon return. But with no checked luggage and a boarding pass obtained within 24 hours of departure I think we can go directly to security after INM and not have to stand in the long Volaris check in baggage line.
