Rip-off at ATM

I just returned from using the HSBC ATM. sunnyvmx was correct in that the software has changed, glaringly so. But just the background, not the wording or functionality.

And, not the Decline function. When I hit Decline, I received my money just as before the software change. Same Schwab exchange rate, etc.

Of course, I don't know what happened with sunnyvmx, but for me, this morning, fifteen minutes ago, everything functioned as it always has.

NLU, the same with me yesterday afternoon.  I used a non HSBC card, declined conversion rate and my funds were delivered as requested.  As I have posted before - Como Mexico, no hay dos!

We had no issues this weekend with the HSBC ATMs. The screens have been updated with 4/c background images but the prompts are in the same order, same buttons, as before.
