Ferret Posted March 11 Author Report Share Posted March 11 It can get really complicated. My Irish grandfather was a coal miner who worked in Wales where he met my Welsh grandmother. Then they moved to Lancashire, England. I gave up because the records of marriage, births and deaths were in three different countries.
