  1. ......a sealed copy is filed at Achivo de Instrumentos Públicos in Guad, and to access for any reason a valid Death Certificate of the Testator is required.
  2. Just read a p.m. from you so assume all good? If not let me know.
  3. We had a visit this week, with health person stating a case had been diagnosed 3 blocks from our house. Assured her we take all precautions (no standing water, screens etc.) Dengue is not to be fooled with. Don't forget.... last year long-time resident Heather Altmire (44 years old) DIED from the hemorrhagic form.
  4. Not quite prepared to go that far in public but will send pm to those who ask (you included). What I will say is with age of patient, history, and symptoms presented, even most laymen would have known the very first place to look.........
  5. Maybe my friend who died because of something basic Dr. B. missed for over a year might beg to differ.
  6. Which means a demonstration........ and was malecon vendors protesting what I personally think is a pretty heavy-handed position taken by Chapala re: new obligations being imposed on them if they are to keep operating on same.
  7. José Luis Hernández Shop is in San Antonio near corner Ramón Corona and the street that comes down from Sunrise Restaurant corner. Has done EXCELLENT work for us in 4 houses including this new one, including a really creative solution to a cat enclosure problem. Did some VERY decorative screen doors in 2 previous houses that required skill and ingenuity. Speaks reasonable English. Uses whatsapp or cell calls. 333 465 5175 Goes by El Vaquero.
  8. Thanks. Found it out myself. For anyone who needs to know a sealed copy if filed at Achivo de Instrumentos Públicos in Guad, and to access for any reason a valid Death Certificate of the Testator is required.
  9. Putting here and not Mexico General because state of Jalisco may vary from others. A friend needs to know if Mexican Wills, at the time of being completed/formalized at a Notario, are also filed in any sort of Public Record, Court, etc. Specifically in this case, would be in Guadalajara. Thank you for any directions you can offer.
  10. Had one in last house from 2013. At that time no local sources available so sales/install came from Guad. How about now? Recommendations or don't use " x" "appreciated. Already know they're on MercadoLibre but nice to help out the locals when one can.
  11. Keyboard surprise was delivered today. Family were astounded and OVER THE MOON that they'd receive this fabulous gift, especially when the keyboard itself came from someone who doesn't even know them. 🤩🤩🤩
  12. That has been coming up unaided.... options are block, block AND report, or accept. I've only been blocking, thinking that's enough Yes? No?
  13. I've been getting the same thing via whatsapp on cell phone.(don't have FB friends). I've been blocking. Do I need to report as well?
  14. GRACIAS to the TWO kind members who offered to donate. One is being delivered this weekend...... what a fabulous surprise for this family in their time of great confusion in coming to terms with their circumstances. Yes there ARE good people out there!!!!!
  15. This kid is also extremely bright but not at all socialized tho' he and parents are working with psychologists now. Really just a keyboard would be a HUGE thing. No people out there with musical connections who might know someone who could spare an old one? 🙏
  16. My housekeeper's younger son (14) was recently diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome and clinicians have found he has a real affinity and ability on a keyboard. This Mexican family (San Antonio) are in a steep learning curve about how to deal with this boy (never knew to ask someone about his difficult behaviours before now) and certainly are not able to provide such a luxury. Anyone out there who could donate one, or perhaps at least an electronic keyboard? PM me and I can be go-between OR can put you directly in touch with Mom (some English). GRACIAS!!!!!
  17. Big vote of thanks to TimJWilson. Excellent dresser at that store and within the budget. Well made too.... so was worth the trip. And MtnMama the place by Mom's apparently only sells Mx-style wooden bed frames now.... but they DID have a scrap pile which produced a substitute for the pegboard needed so not a wasted trip at all.
  18. Not being snoopy---- just curious. Why do you require anesthesiologist? (Don't answer if you prefer not) Have had a few MRI's (Guad) and never with that addition
  19. Is he there every day or ??? .WIll give them a try too. Thanks to both
  20. Villa Nova last 3/4 hour on and off like a light switch
