gringal
I bought a weighted blanket and love it. However, the care instructions clearly state that it should be washed in soap and water and hung to dry rather than put in a dryer. Since I have no way to do the latter, can anyone refer me to a place that does this?

They need a place to hang it up to dry and that they do not have a way to dry it in that manner.

gringal
I'll go there and ask if they can do it. We send our dry cleaning there, but never asked about their other options. Thanks for the suggestion.

We have had a very large and heavy bedspread washed and dried by them.
gringal
My problem is with the instructions specifically stating that because of the small particles giving the "weight" to the blanket, it can't be put in a dryer and must be hung to dry. Tell them that. I doubt you are the first person that they have encountered with this problem.
Tingting
Gringal, I don't know if this will help, but if the dry cleaning place can't do it, we have a very large outdoor clothes tree that could handle it. Just DM me if you would like to use it.
