I am aware that possessing a small amount is legal, however, I don't know what the regulations/enforcements are about growing it and also, as I understand it, local laws vary from federal. Well,it might not be up to Northern California or British Columbia standards but it has improved,and at 100 to 200 pesos per ounce it's hard to complain.
