luvsdawgs Posted January 17 Report Share Posted January 17 I know this is early but I am thinking of having a Corned Beef and cabbage dinner. I have never cooked this meal before and have started to research what I need to make it. # 1 would have to be the meat, # 2 would seem to be the spices needed. Now when I look at the recipes online they all mention the spice pack which comes with the meat. Is it possible to buy the beef with a spice packet down here? tomgates Posted March 4 Report Share Posted March 4 Put the corned beef in a pot with the opened spice packet and add water to cover. Bring to a boil then turn down the heat.
