RickS
I have lateral epicondylitis, or tennis elbow, and cortisone once in the past has helped. Has anyone had this shot locally? Where and roughly the cost. Gracias.
ibarra
I have had it at Clinica Ajijic in my shoulder. Can't remember cost. You can call them. 376 766 0500 1
Cronopio
This is one of those responses that doesn't answer your question (I never had cortisone shots here), but when I had tennis elbow, the thing that worked the best was using a Theraband flexbar for arm and wrist exercises. It really did the trick after I'd had tennis elbow for months. https://www.amazon.com.mx/TheraBand-FlexBar-Barra-para-Terapeútica/dp/B00067E4YU/ref=sr_1_1?__mk_es_MX=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=22GOVXFDI68LV&keywords=theraband%2Bflexbar&qid=1700155197&sprefix=theraband%2Bflexbar%2Caps%2C132&sr=8-1&th=1 1

phil in mexico
In my other life I played tennis 2 or 3 times a week and I had a gift of major tennis elbow and was told after playing ice the elbow down and I did this for a few weeks tennis elbow gone and never returned
OldWEB
I had the opposite, golfer's elbow and it is on the inside of the elbow. My chiropractor told me not to carry those plastic shopping bags (or others) using the last two outside fingers, that exacerbates the problem. Make a fist, wrap the handles around your wrist or better yet, use a backpack. Mine has never bothered me again by following "Doc's orders". 😊
