I got it for about 4 times from the same location and the 5th time I asked the same lady to show me the bottle it came from. Said it was B6, not B12. She said that was all they had and every time I had asked for B12, but she gave me B6. You better ALWAYS double check, if your life is important to you. Mexicans would rather make a sale that tell you they don't have it.

A good local pharmacy should have it or get it for you.

Injectable vitamin B12 is Cyanocobalamin.      Often comes in a 10 ml bottle.

Typical dose is 1 ml intramuscular, easy to do yourself, in outer upper arm muscle or top middle of thigh muscle.    

Use a 25 G x 1 inch syringe. ,  (.5mm x 25mm)  with a total volume of 3 ml.    This way it is easy to pull the 1 ml into this size syringe with good accuracy.

25 gauge needles are usually used with small subcutaneous doses like insulin. Best to use 22 gauge

25 G works just fine for IM also.    You want to use 22 G and have a bigger hole and or bruise in / on your skin, go ahead.     But don't say it is "best".
