Forms and process to pay new Mexican Social Security for Maids

Where can I obtain the forms to complete for the new law regarding payment of Social Security benefits for maids? 

I know that I need to submit her CURP number, Social Security No., and Home address.

Where do I obtain the forms to submit?  To whom do I submit them?  On-line?   Bank?  Attorney?

I want to be in compliance, but I need the legal details in order to do so.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

As long as we owned a home in Ajijic, 15 years, we had Chapala Realty manage all facets of employees pay. They did this for $900mp per month. A bargain in my opinion.

Here is the IMSS website:  SPANISH https://www.imss.gob.mx/  ENGLISH translated: https://www-imss-gob-mx.translate.goog/?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp   Or go to their location near Cristiana Park in Chapala and find out what you need to do to enroll your employee/s. This isn't a payment, it is for health insurance.    And, I am not aware that Mexicans have a Social Security number.  You may be referring to their INE number (tarjeta de votar) which is used as National Identification.
