CBGUY
When using this plan, let's say you're in Houston, how do you dial a local number there? Is it like your phone is still in Mexico and you have to dial 001--area code and number?

sioux4noff
when I was in Texas, I just dialed the local number 254-772-xxxx. No prefix needed. To call Mexico, I needed to dial 011-52-1 then a cell #, or 011-52-land line #
John Shrall
If you store US contacts as +1 xxx-xxx-xxxx the call will go through properly whether you are in Mexico or the US. As was described, if you want to call back to a Mexico cell from the US you have to enter the 011 52 and add a 1 after the area code.
Mainecoons
I noticed that when I turned on my TelMex phone up there it went to T Mobile. I was then able to dial a U.S. number direct just like I would do if using a U.S. cell phone there.
