Tuesday APRIL 16th at 1:00 -2:00 pm at the BEER GARDEN on the CHAPALA MALECON Our GOALS: (ONE DAY WITHOUT SHOES EVENT) Raise awareness of the problem of our children going barefoot.(take off your shoes to show support, optional) On this day, we collect new or gentlly worn shoes, for children, also for their parents. See ANOTHER GREAT Elliot Joachim, FLASHMOB dance be filmed (She does Halloween THRILLER) See yourself online while we create a GLOBAL VIDEO for a contest to win 10,000 pair of shoes for our Lakeside Community Children. ( We need a lot of people on the Malecon for filming) There will be a LARGE ART installation of some of the most "unusual shoes" in the world. COME OUT FOR ONE HOUR! Bring shoes for donation! See a large installation of some of the weirdest shoes in the world... Bring shoes to donate to include NEW, Gently Used, ALL SIZES. See you there!
