Lexy
Alongside Hola! Market in Riberas there are two small horses fenced in on a small scruffy plot of land. I see them whenever I go to the market. They aren't well fed, one looks emaciated. They have no shelter. They were exposed to yesterday's cold and heavy rain storm. Isn't there a local agency that could track down their owner and enforce better care for these animals? The sight of them is heartbreaking. Even better, if someone who is fluent in Spanish would make the call. Lexy
