So I’m in need of a hotel room or house with a roll in shower. Any recommendations?? I’ve already called el pescador (ajijic) and danza del sol (ajijic). I would rather stay in Chapala. Two days ago I had to have emergency surgery to have my left leg amputated due to blood clot . I am looking to rent a wheel chair in Chapala. Any ideas? I suggest you start another thread specifically with your request for medical equipment rentals... this one is about a wheelchair accessible house rental and will get passed over by many people. I do not know of a place in Chapala but there are two equipment rentals places at least. 1) Lidia at the Medical Supply Place in West Ajijic 333-156-9080. She brought equipment right to our home. gringal Posted February 14, 2022 Report Share Posted February 14, 2022 You can rent a wheelchair on a monthly basis from the place in the small strip mall at the West end of Ajijic on the lake side. It's the strip mall next to and west of Mexa restaurant with a liquor store at the other end. I have used it. I don't know if they deliver.
