klm
I just returned from the States on Delta and realized I was charged $26.60 for the tourist tax. I am permanente, so called Delta and asked for a refund. They took my information, including my permanente number and 2 days later I received an email with confirmation that my credit card would be refunded the $26.60. I was impressed with the service....one 10 min. phone call was all it took.
sm1mex
klm: This is great. We fly Delta. What number did you call and what department did you speak with. I think their regular 800 number is for reservations.

sm1mex
I think we tried putting Mexico as our residence one time but then they wouldn't take our U.S. passport information. ???

Bisbee Gal
We did it online at United.com. Only needed ticket numbers and scan of our Permanentes. They refunded/credited to our cc we used to purchase the tickets.
