Joyinmexico
After the outage in upper Ajijic :400am - 2:PM or so now my Shaw says "Network Down" Does that mean just me or everyone? I really could use some R & R with TV! My TV guy does not answer on weekends.

johanson
Mine is working great, However with an older receiver you will get a message when pointing at some channels stating you need to upgrade your satellite receiver to a newer model, either a 600 or 800 series As of late I am having signal breakups on a few channels including CNN HD. Why? because with time my dish gets a little out focus. I will have Ajijic Electronics come out as they need to repoint my dish toward the 2 satellites it is now almost pointed at (that is called boresiting) UPDATE: Right now the sun is passing behind the satellite dish you are pointed at, at about 2PM and for 15 minutes or so each day you will loose your signal. This lasts for about 30 days. It happens in the fall and spring and it is called a solar outage
