I know of no place here that does it formally however you might contact John at Riders of the Sierra Madre who operate motorcycle tours out of Ajijic and see if they can either help you or steer you in the right direction. If he does rent something he should try to find a dual sport as the rough roads and topes make cruiser riding rather tedious.
