johanson Posted December 25, 2016 Report Share Posted December 25, 2016 My dosage is 20 Mg. Therefore when I am in the US I always buy 40 Mg dosages and break the pills in half to save money. The maximum size available in the US is 80 Mg. If you are asking where the 40 Mg pill is available locally, sadly I can not help you. But I would presume it would be available lakeside. The first place I would try would be a Guadalajara Pharmacy store, They can be found in most cities. There is one in Western Chapala and in central Ajijic, for example. Natasha Posted December 26, 2016 Report Share Posted December 26, 2016 Try Farmacia Guad (as Peter says), Walmart, and "Farmacia Campana" (main floor of 3-storey building on NW corner of Carretera and Juarez (one block west of Colon) in Ajijic. Parking off-street directly in front of this little store. Ask for "atorvastatina". I got it from IMSS (40 mg dose), but remember having to buy it once -- just forget where! (Also had to quit taking it after 3 1/2 months due to very bad side effects that have lasted and morphed into something else over the last 11 months.)
