If its negative, the person posting that opinion may expose themselves to unfair and unreasonable abuse from total strangers who are either friends with the doc in question or have other motives, or have simply been lucky with that doc and have had nothing bad happen. Carnivore Posted November 7, 2015 Report Share Posted November 7, 2015 Simply ask this foreign "practitioner" as you would any other if he will issue you a "factura" (read: ligitimate receipt) for his fees. Also find out if he's registered to practice (read: licensed to operate a business and paying taxes here). If he refuses to give you a receipt then you should not, under any circumstances, risk taking any form of medical procedure.
