Fred Habacht Posted May 4, 2015 Report Share Posted May 4, 2015 If you want a Mexican Sim Card...stop at Walmart in Reynosa....iuf you want a US simcard...HEB or Walmart in Pharr....there is a HEB right before the bridge to Mexico....there used to be a Radio Shack but it may have shut down after my last trip.
