sunnyvmx
I have arrived from the state of Veracruz recently where a tag for a 150cc scooter wasn't required. The office in Chapala says I must make an appointment with the office in Guad and go with the scooter to obtain the registration and tag. Therefore I need a person familiar with the location of the office who speaks some english to call, make the appointment, take the scooter and I into the office for the tag and return. I have all the necessary papers and copies. The vin numbers must be checked at the office to authenticate the fractura and bill of sale as this is a first time registration. I would appreciate any recommendation for such a person and will have help available for loading the scoot into a pickup or truck where it must be tied down and secured. If you have the address or telephone number of the office in Guadalajara that would also be very helpful. Thanks

Bunyan
A friend purchased a scooter in Guad. & got his tag in Chapala (after finding out the hard way he needed a tag). If you'd like I can find out more about it for you. If so, pm me.
