best English-speaking person to call for Totalplay help

Does anyone have a good phone number for an English-speaking person to call for Totalplay technical help?

I just use their "CHAT" and ask for english. It takes a few minutes for an english "chatter" but eventually I get my problem resolved.

Good luck with them after two weeks of promises with no service, I finally cancelled, and a week later they showed up to fix problem, but I reactivated my Telcel modem, and am now a happy camper...

The Total Play tech who did my install years ago was Uzziel Luis. He told me he was the lead tech at lakeside and that he handled service calls.  I don't know if he is still around or not but worth a try,  331 157 7160. Bi-lingual.

I had trouble with the English option on the main number for repair and technical help. After a lot of trouble, I tried the English option and #1 which is for account service (I think). There was an English speaker there. He took all the info and assisted me with the repair. He said it was fine to use that option for an English speaker/technical assistance. They handle the same thing.

When TotalPlay has no English speaker available, they generally don't answer the call or transfer. When you are further down the help tree and have someone helping you, don't let them transfer the call to an English speaker,  which seems to be the company policy. It won't turn out well.
