Did you have to cancel any and re-up subscriptions? I did not cancel any. I just changed the country to Mexico and filled in information address etc. downloaded app for digital license. Once done after scanning QR code on license, then I can see it on my phone. I went back to apple app and changed the country back to usa. I did not have to cancel or change any charge that is used.
