I'm assuming you're talking about the one in Ixtlahuacan. As you drive into the center of town the plaza is on the right, going right from the plaza the tianguis is a couple of blocks down. Can't miss it, they have several streets blocked off.

No Joco not all the towns have the same names accross the board and along with names of national heroes there are names of local politicians or heroes and Mereles could have been a Jocotepec name. If you want to be clear spell the names of the streets correctly to start with.

Do you have any idea how many posts you have made where you misspelled words? Almost every other post. Most of us are polite enough to know what you meant and ignore your mistakes. I guess that door doesn't swing both ways.

The name I misspelled was Moreles not Mereles. That is your misspelling so you can take credit for that one.

What I wrote:

"Why not shop on Moreles where there are dozens of produce and other vendors who are usually less than the tianguis?

One vendor doesn't make a tianguis, and shopping is better on Moreles."
