  1. Being an attorney doesn't change the fact that the only legal notary outside the US is the consulate. All attorneys are notaries. You can use a foreign notary but then you need it approved in the US and jump through some other hoops, or the simple way, use the consulate. "Notarizing officers at any United States Embassy or Consulate abroad can provide notarial services similar to the functions of a notary public in the United States. It is also possible to have a document notarized by a local foreign notary and then have the document authenticated for use in the United States. In countries that are party to the Hague Apostille Convention, this is a simplified process that does not involve Embassies or Consulates. See the Hague Conference website for complete information on the Apostille process." https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/records-and-authentications/authenticate-your-document/Notarial-Authentication-Services-Consular.html#:~:text=Notarizing officers at any United, use in the United States.
  2. To be legal, the notary must be with the consulate. A US notary in Mexico is not legal.
  3. You can buy them on Amazon US. They seem to be cheaper on the US site and most ship to Mexico. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=oxygen+concentrator&crid=QXOMLVYLR2BY&sprefix=oxygen%2Caps%2C144&ref=nb_sb_ss_ts-doa-p_4_6
  4. Anyone having trouble with Total Play? I don't know if my modem went out or if it is the internet.
  5. I am sorry to hear that. He angered some people but I thought he was hilarious. People did not understand his humor. I hope you are getting through it. A friend lost her husband of 45 years a couple of weeks ago and it is very hard on her. I know it is hard for you also. There will never be another one like the Hound Dog.
  6. Amazon MX has New Balance. You can also order from Amazon USA. New Balance
  7. I was going to cite a study by Mad Magazine to match the expertise of this study, but what the heck, here is a genuine peer-review study. However, Bill Gates is still having tracking devices put in the vaccines because your trips to Walmart are so interesting: "Factually inaccurate: The study didn’t show reverse-transcribed DNA entering the nucleus. It also didn’t show that the DNA was integrated into the cell’s genome. Unsupported: The experimental system used in the Lund University study is artificial. For example, it used liver cancer cells growing in the laboratory, which aren’t representative of healthy cells or a human being, to study whether the vaccine mRNA was reverse-transcribed. The study’s results therefore cannot be extrapolated to people.' https://healthfeedback.org/claimreview/study-lund-university-didnt-show-covid-19-mrna-vaccines-change-dna-epoch-times/
  8. You can pay everything on this site and use PayPal. You can recharge Telcel or other cell phones. It is very easy to use. https://undostres.com.mx/index.php
  9. I bought one on Amazon Mx. https://www.amazon.com.mx/s?k=concentrador+de+oxigeno+portatil&__mk_es_MX=ÅMÅŽÕÑ&crid=1WTU5L9MCQUL9&sprefix=concentrador+de+oxigeno+portatil%2Caps%2C200&ref=nb_sb_noss_2

  11. Covid can be avoided. Most of the other causes of death can't be.
  12. Canadian Agricultural Products: For fruits and vegetables from Canada, consult the FAVIR database. Fruits and vegetables grown in Canada are generally admissible, if they have labels identifying them as products of Canada. Potatoes from western regions of Canada are currently restricted because of a disease outbreak. While commercial imports are permitted under stringent guidelines, travelers from Canada should avoid bringing raw potatoes with them into the United States. https://help.cbp.gov/s/article/Article-3619?language=en_US
  13. Russets like Idaho's need a cold winter. They would need to be grown on mountains here. Mexicans haven't shown any interest in growling them.
  14. They aren't russets but closer to a russet than the white potatoes.
  15. The line in Chapala was 3-4 hours long. Many of the elderly, handicapped and pregnant women can't stand that long. Why not have more locations, have the vaccinations more often or have more lines so that no one must wait a long time? Why? Because that would be thoughtful, organized and professional. I remember when banks had stamps and stamped everything for 15 minutes. Eventually they figured out how stupid that was so maybe they will figure out how to efficiently vaccinate people. Mexico now has the highest death rate of 20 countries so they better figure it out soon.
  16. No one claimed the vaccines will 100% prevent covid. It will decrease by 90% your chances of dying and of being hospitalized. These vaccines were rushed to try to save lives. I'm sure over time better vaccines will be available to decrease catching covid at all. I'd rather be a little ill with the vaccine than a little dead without it.
  17. I think you can inject bleach and a horse de-wormer to keep you well. I heard that on TV. You might die, but you won't have worms.
  18. The least painful way to take a medicine is orally. Before the sugar cube we got injections for polio. You can't get a tetanus vaccine and others orally.
  19. Yeah, we can't trust those power hungry heart surgeons, transplant doctors, virologist. Pasteur was one of the worst with the rabies vaccine. If people want rabies, they should be allowed to get rabies. Pasteur was a bully. Like polio, if someone wanted to spend his life in an iron lung, who did these power hungry scientist think they are, keeping people healthy? We need to go back to the Black Plague days when people could get sick and die. The heck with this being healthy BS.
  20. Mexican doctors cannot only lose their licenses but go to prison. Malpractice is a crime in Mexico. There were reactions to polio and small pox vaccines. Do you think people shouldn't have gotten those?
  21. Vaccines probably shouldn't be injected into eyes, tongue, directly into the brain or into the heart also. What a stupid article.
  22. "he said, they’re less aggressive than black widows and less apt to bite people, preferring to retreat than fight. In addition, brown widow bites are reported to be less venomous. But they will bite if threatened, cornered or protecting their egg-sacs. UC Riverside, which has led research on brown widow spiders, said their bite hurts but is relatively harmless. Conlan, however, recommended that people who were bitten see their doctor to be safe." https://www.countynewscenter.com/brown-widows-what-you-need-know/
  23. Can you post that information so the rest of us can use them?

  25. It grows here. The price for one on Mercadolibre has doubled but maybe that is because we are moving into winter. In the spring the sellers have blooming wisteria. https://hogar.mercadolibre.com.mx/jardin-aire-libre/wisteria_NoIndex_True#applied_filter_id%3Dcategory%26applied_filter_name%3DCategorías%26applied_filter_order%3D4%26applied_value_id%3DMLM1621%26applied_value_name%3DJardín+y+Aire+Libre%26applied_value_order%3D5%26applied_value_results%3D65%26is_custom%3Dfalse
