They give senior discounts and are able to provide extra blankets in the winter. It is located in centro, within walking distance to the square, where there are fine Sunday band concerts and additional restaurants nearby. Just in case you were asking...... The reason I deleted it is because it turns out they have a no pet policy, so it made my question irrelevant.
