stuphel Posted October 18, 2013 Report Share Posted October 18, 2013 Hi, We just had our cable hooked up for the season, and it stopped functioning about 30 minutes ago. We're in lower Riberas. Does anyone know if it's a system outage (there was a mild thunderstorm earlier) or if it wasn't hooked up correctly, which has happened before? It's 7:30 on Thursday evening. Joco Posted October 18, 2013 Report Share Posted October 18, 2013 Do you have digital or basic? If you have digital, disconnect the digital feed and directly hook up the TV to the feed going to the digital box. If that works then your problem is with the digital box.
