protekme
Just my experience with pictures, and to help others pay less than at the "professional photographer" who uses the same electronic technique for taking pictures. At first, we had our pictures done at the Guadalajara Pharmacia in Chapala. Bad!! They are not acceptable because the background does not turn out white. We returned and told them. The girl tried many times without success. So we went to the other Pharmacia in Ajijic and it worked. There was absolutely no problems with INM to accept them. The cost is $50p for each person for 4 front and 4 side. INM tell us to have 3 front and 2 sides even though they take only 2 front and one back. . . . gringal
The Pharmacia Guadalajara in Ajijic took ours about two weeks ago. Turned 'em in; no problem. By the time your hair is slicked back and your ears clear and sticking out, the photos will remove any traces of vanity you may have retained. El Toro Furioso
We have used Farmacia Guadalajara in Ajijic for three years with no problems, even though Mago said that they wouldn't go through. $50 pesos instead of $500 pesos is a nice savings. We will be Residentes Permanentes next time around, though.
