Según datos del Diccionario de americanismos, en México, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Perú y Bolivia conviven "ahora" (con el significado de "hoy, en el día presente"), "ahorita" (que es "dentro de un momento, más tarde") y "ahoritita" (que significa "ahora mismo").
