eagles100 Posted December 18, 2014 Report Share Posted December 18, 2014 From where are you trying to open it? An icon on the desktop or on a sidebar? If so, perhaps it has been corrupted. Try going in your "Finder", then in Applications, you should see "Adobe Photoshop Elements". Try clicking on the icon from there. If that doesn't work, I'm not sure.
