stuphel Posted October 18, 2013 Report Share Posted October 18, 2013 We have a no-frills, basic alcatel cellphone that we use for emergencies, buying pay-as-you-go minutes. We've started keeping the phone on, lately, instead of just turning it on when necessary, and are plagued with periodic news flashes, called mesajes de uninoticias. Does anyone know how we can turn off this function? We are not exactly Luddites, but approach the same when it comes to cellphones. Thanks.
