I think there is a lot of misuse of the term "mortality rate" in reported and discussed data pertaining to covid19 when the more accurate term should be "case fatality rate."  As I understand it, mortality rate (as you correctly assert) = deaths/total population, while case fatality rate = deaths/total infected population.

Many thanks for the clarification. I misspoke when I used the term "mortality rate" instead of "fatality rate"..

Yes I am.  That is the basis one calculates the total impact of a pandemic.  Since we do not really know how many in total are or have been infected it is the only realistic basis for evaluating the total impact.

Your calculation merely shows the number of deaths as a % of the total population. Statistically interesting but what I would want to know is if I'm infected what are my chances of dying....that's the 4% ratio. In the USA I would have a one in 25 chance of dying.

Definitely agree about Lakeside Auto Body.  Consistent good work, reliability and fair, not the cheapest, prices.

You're not kidding. Lakeside's quote for minor body work and a complete paint job $45,000 pesos. Dropped to $35 when I told them I was going elsewhere for $25,000. And yes the Bodyshop in SAT did a great job. I was very happy.

SunFan I said you READ the post and answered the question; the others just gave the hours of operation for the SAT office which didn't answer if mail was coming from Laredo.
The assumption was made that if the SAT iShop was open then they must be getting mail from Laredo. SAT iShop does not solely deal in mail being forwarded from Laredo.

Ah I see, present versus past tense of "to read".

I would think your development would fall under the private group rules.  A development like yours is not a public facility.

You might want to ask your board to consult your attorney.

Dan If its a Frac its an AC and is required to apply for reopening.
