Figoush
Great fun tonight. Get out and see it. Don't worry, no animals are exploited. The camels in the yard are for show. Lots of great human acts. Like an old fashioned Fair.
Travis
I know that Circo Union was here last year….but so were others. Is this the one with a lot of aerial acts? They were really good last year.
Figoush
Yes, that's the one.
Al Berca
How long will they be here and what times are weekday performances, if you know. Thank you.
Figoush
I think it's 2 shows daily. 6 and 8:00 or 6:30 and 8:30. Not 100% sure. Don't know how long they are here. Sorry.
Travis
In the past, circuses have stayed until they stopped filling enough seats. I'm sure it will be here through the upcoming holiday weekend though. Once the advertising truck starts belching "¡últimos días!" you usually have about 4 or 5 days left. hensley
What is the cost?
Al Berca
Times during week are 6:00 and 8:30. Tickets are 150 upper and 200 lower. Tickets only have amount paid so can be used anytime for any seating that matches price. When I expressed surprise at price and that there are no discounts, I was told that Tobolandia rent was too high for circus to be able to offer lower price or discounts. Travis
I'm not going to say always, but….more often than not in the past, the circuses that have come through town have begun announcing half-priced tickets to help fill seats toward the end of their run. Of course, you have to hear and understand the advertising truck announcement when it rolls past your house to know when that's happening. I'm right on a main artery in town, so if I hear it, I'll try to remember to post. By the way, guasanas are now on sale if'n you haven't heard.
