Kuicári (Lorenza GM M and Pariente Juino) are coming back to Villa del Angel Ajijic for another magical sound healing meditative concert. Their unique blend of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and native flutes creates a calming affect physically and spiritually. We provide mats, blankets, chairs, and props so you can get comfortable, relax, and let the healing sounds wash over you. Great for stress, insomnia, high blood pressure, and much more! No prior experience with meditation needed. Chi Gong classes start tomorrow, Monday, at 11:30am at Villa del Angel Ajijic! Joseph has been teaching Chi Gong and meditation for twenty years. He has studied and worked at Spirit Rock Meditation center in California where he received a certificate and blessings to teach meditation and retreats. He teaches Deepest Heart Chi Gong which is dynamic and heart-felt style which promotes health and inner-peace. Joseph is also bi-lingual and teaches in English and Spanish. Joseph's Chi Gong classes are Mondays and Fridays at 11:30am in our newly-built, well-ventilated, and fully-equipped yoga studio, Michael Hall. First class is free, then classes are by love offering. Villa del Angel is located at #3 Emiliano Zapata, between Juarez and Tempisque. Street parking is available or we have a parking lot at #3 Privada Juarez. What is Chi Gong? Chi Gong is an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing, and movement exercises. All ages and all levels are welcome!
