  1. I recently installed a 12 tube type solar hot water heater in Chiapas. My surprise was that it actually spit boiling water out the vent tube which was about a foot higher than the cold water storage tank which was higher than the solar water heater. What I had done right was to use copper out of the hot water heater until a 3/4" Thermostatic mixing valve purchased off Alli Express which is also plumbed to the cold water side and reduces temperature to what is set. Highest without override is 38 degrees Celcius so thats what it is set to and has worked perfectly. https://bit.ly/thermostatic-mixing-valve What I did wrong was to change to CPVC about a foot above the hot water tank where water was still boiling and it started to leak at the threads. I increased 3/4" copper to above cold water tank then increased size to 1" with cpvc so any vapour bubble forming and blowing out the water might pass through the 1" area instead of blowing all water out ahead of it. Also wrong was I hooked the cold side of hot water tank to PVC and it also started leaking from the heat so changed to a Flexible stainless steel type meant for hot water tanks. While the tube type seems to work good I think one should have a filter ahead and do have as any sediment in the water might accumulate in those gravity recirculating tubes and cause a problem a few years down the road. The main tubing in the premises I had done with 3/4" Pex ordered off Amazon but it should not be exposed to UV sunlight as that would degrade it, so if exposed wrap it and use acrylic latex on the wrapping.
  2. For at the beach where we could not get Fiber then Starlink.com was the way to go (but one must have North of the receiver sky free of obstructions which one can check by using their cell phone). For Netflix I have set the 4 users as English, Spanish, and the same as children. So a vpn is not needed unless for a program specific to a certain country. For a VPN I use https://bit.ly/surfshark30 but will mention it does not work with Prime . We have a smart TV and it works with ones there like Pluto. For that to hook a Smart TV direct to a router hardwired or Wifi one must have a router that works with Surfshark, ours is a specific model of Asus. If not using a vpn to US or Canada Pluto will broadcast in Spanish.
  3. My wife never had any success with a homeopath but did have success taking a tea made from the bark of the Palo Jiote tree which solved a couple year old acid reflux problem. As a Mexican she knew of it from youth as applied to itchy skin for things like Chicken Pox. It actually causes some growths to drop off in a few days and may also fix some skin discolorations when applied topically but in my experience not skin tags unfortunately. It tends to grow in the low lands as far north as Florida and just taking a branch and putting in the ground will grow another tree so is often used for living fence posts. There is one catch, it is well known to grow up beside a tree that does not have the flaking red bark and instead has a sap that burns, the Palo Jiote being used as a repair to the other so make sure of the tree. A 2nd catch, it can grow to a couple feet in diameter, maybe more, we have a couple growing and have to chop branches regularly to keep from getting above reach. (I suggest checking with a nursury if you can buy one, plant it and have a life time supply of bark)
