Tail End Planning is an organization whose mission is to raise awareness about the need to plan for our pets when we are no longer able to care for them through incapacity or death. We introduce pet owners to a planning process and share about community resources that may be helpful in planning. We hold small group meetings to educate and facilitate the planning process. We have larger meetings at various locations in the community to reach a larger audience. Our website is tailendplanning.org
