Please, please,please....stay away from these local hospitals for anything serious!!!  They overcharge and there have been so many people here with bad experiences, me being one of them. A dear friend of our died at one due to a sevete infection after a hip replacement.  I recently had spine surgery at Country Hospital 2000 in Guadalajara....excellent first class care! 

I agree, select your surgeon carefully, then discuss hospital options in the city.

Furniture store east of Sunrise has excellent quality mattresses and they stand behind them if something happens or if you don't like it. Great people to deal with. 

Stay away from the mattress store in the HSC Plaza, terrible to deal with.

See Dr. GONZALEZ at QC. HE is a neurosurgeon, the very best at spine problems. He did my spinal surgery last February and did a perfect job

Hola fellow Canuck. Been here 13 years, great place but now wayyyyyyy to overpopulated and very expensive housing market. You could find a better location elsewhere in Mexico.
