We got our Flu shot and our Pneumonia shots today At DIF Six Corners Ajijic...no Line 3 of us were in and out in 5 minutes...

This morning I had Totalplay man here to fix my  system, I showed my cancellation number, he put in his device, info came up correct that I cancelled, he was not authorized to pick up equiptment, so the will be another person in future...

We go to DIF office Six Corners Ajijic much easier...

It will be available At DIF location for free starting October 15, 2023, available to everyone, seniors do not have to stand in line....

After getting no good in English to cancel my service, we called and talked in Spanish, It took over an hour talking to four different persons to finally get termination # in Email,I am glad I am done with them, and am happy with my telcel modem again which I had before I went Totalplay, I have Netflix and am watching favorite tv programs on line on Computor..I cancelled total play after being out for a week, and told everytime I called that someone would call to fix, it never happend so I cancelled

I am donating part of the sale to Lucky dog and the food pantry,.,,,

Oxxo in Ajijic next to Intercam takes the payments, I saw someone paying one yesterday...

As far as l know your modem is not compatible with their system, but take it to shop in Laguna mall...they will plug it in to see if it works...

I have made 5 calls and three messages to cancel my account and get them to pick up modem tv box and clicker, I want acknowledgement of cancellation by e mail, has not come yet after 2 days...

Also try dollar store an Ajijic plaza, tell the girls who speak english they will find it foryou

They had them today at Walmart...

I have a telcel modem so ractivated it today now i have internet at great speed, and i can watch netflix on tv, I am a happy camper, I have all totalplay equiptment ready for them to pick up, i hope soon...

I buy it from Farmacias Similares in Ajijic....

When it is good ,will be great, but Sunday mine went out, this week i made 11 calls to reps, was promised service but no one ever showed up, so tomorrow I will reactivate myTelcel Modem, and cancel Totalplay,
