  1. I watched a big strong man go in and out at San Javier a few years ago.   He went in daily walking and comparatively vigorous.  He had to be supported out by two nurses and shoved into the car.  His body was devastated.  Although the cancer was in remission I attribute his early death to that vile treatment.  It will never happen to me.  And if anyone wants to know about the chemo write to me privately because I will name names.

    Why?

I take things to Upscale Bazar all the time. She gets a fair price for goods, moves the merchandise rapidly, pays weekly with an excellent accounting, and the kids get a few pesos in the process.

I'd say that's a damn sight better than Natasha's treatment by Mias, which by the way is very common in the retail consignment business.

  3. When I arrived in Canada about sixty years ago the Public Health Service was very good.  Twenty years ago when I left it was awful.  Now, my friends there tell me about the endless waiting lists, too few doctors/medical professionals, indifference to suffering, being offering medical assistance in dying in response to curable or at least postponable problems.  How dreadful.  Much better to enjoy the sunshine here and concentrate on being well.  And yes indeed YMMV.

Yesterday I ran into one of the physical therapists I had at Jorge Ulloa’s clinic. He has gone out on his own recently after being on Jorge’s staff for over five years. I thought he was terrific.

He is making house calls for PT, massages and personal training, he says, as he sets up his new place. If you’re looking for at-home PT, give him a call. He's a certified physical therapist and personal trainer. His English is perfect.    Angel Ruiz: 331 082 4260.
