I have a 2 bedrooms apartment nicely furnished ,all inclusive,internet, washer and dryer, gas, electricity. I have to go back to Canada for an operation in May so you will have the entire place to yourself. I am only asking for half of the rent with utilities included. Amount monthly 6000 pesos. The ideal candidate would be looking at a short stay , be responsible and clean. It is located in a quiet street in Chapala a few street behind restaurant Letra CH, (east side of Chapala), walking distance to Parque la Cristiana , close by, convenience store, small fruit and veggie stand. All you need within a 15 to 20 min walk. Guadalajara pharmacy and Soriana are relatively close by, 20 min walk There is a parking for one car within the property. The property features 4 apartments, and the one I am offering is on the first floor, about 18 step up. It has a terrace in the front and balcony in each bedroom, great kitchen and appliances, bóveda ceiling, so it's airy fresh and bright.
