Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a great day. At @jb.repair, we're on an exciting mission to give new life to electronic devices and reduce electronic waste. Why is your donation so valuable? Instead of storing or discarding devices you no longer need, or that you don't find useful, or that are broken, which pollutes the environment, give them to us. The donated devices will be restored and reused responsibly. What are we looking for? We appreciate any type of electronic device, regardless of their condition, such as: Laptops and desktop computers. Mobile phones and tablets. Game consoles. Small appliances. Other functional electronic devices. How can you donate? It's easy: Send an email to jorgesucre.jba@gmail.com with details about the devices you want to donate. We will arrange a convenient pickup for you. We will take care of giving them a second life. Join the cause Share this message with friends and family who may have unused electronic devices. Hi there! I volunteer for a wonderful US-based charitable nonprofit (501 c-3) called Chip the Monk Foundation, which produces enriching children’s books based on the wise characters Chip the Monk and the Harmony animals. 😃 Here is an excerpt from the Foundation’s mission statement: …“Chip and the Harmony Animals are a reassuring presence who teach children how to connect with their inner strength, even during upsetting and uncertain times. Our intention is simple…to put a book into the hands of children around the world, regardless of their circumstance. Being mindful that many children are unable to access Chip’s important message, we are asking for your support in helping us reach all who are in need of a guiding light.” Since this type of support requires a laptop computer, and at this time my MacBook is failing quickly—please let me know if you have a newer Mac you would enjoy donating.
