johanson
I've got two problems. My toner light" on my Brother HL-2135W printer has started to blink and although the printer still prints great, its apparently about out of toner. The second problem is with one of my laptops it's running slower and slower and sometimes won't go to even this Chapala website. I used to use Mike, the Computer Guy, but sadly he is no longer with us. I would appreciate any recommendations you might have as whom I should contact, who makes house calls in Ajijic. Or a shop I could take my problem equipment to be repaired. Thanks in Advance. Pete Johanson 331-260-2931
Ferret
I have been happy with Reuben at ComputerLand since Mike passed away. He managed to get a dead laptop going so that I could retrieve some important photos on it. He is located in Riberas in the long strip mall on the west side of the Pemex. Small storefront and, sorry, no house calls.
johanson
Thank you Ferret. Reuben, at Computerland is great. Being lazy, I only wish Computerland was in Ajijic not Riberas But no big deal and so far I nave not had any problems with finding a parking place in front of the store.
Ferret
LOL! And I am truly glad that it's not. I am so happy that I chose to live east of Walmart. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING that I need and want is on this side and without the major traffic hassle. Doctors, Dentists, Vets, Grocery Shopping, Mail Services and many other services. I have not stepped foot in Ajijic in three years and I only go to Chapala in January to pay the annual bills due. I do not miss living over there one bit.
